I want to let you know how happy we are with our pool. When we started this process we were concerned about issues including timing, responsiveness and how it would turn out.

You and your staff were there with us every step of the way and made sure that we knew everything that was being done and how it impacted the overall project. Much to our surprise (because of all the bad things we heard from neighbors who didn't have you as a pool company!), everything worked exactly on schedule and the children went swimming on the exact day you told them they would be swimming!

Your materials and equipment are the best. Your work crews are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. More importantly, they are meticulous and take pride in their work.

Finally, even after the work was finished, you and your staff followed up on the pool and the service that is required. All of our questions were answered promptly.
